Daniel Urbano has been employed with the firm as a paralegal since 2005. He attended Metropolitan Community College in Omaha, Nebraska.

He is a member of the Immigration Practice Group.  His primary focus areas include: Family Petitions (consular processing, fiance visas, adjustment of state, adjustment of status for residence, waiver [e.g. unlawful present, criminal, prior deportation], and citizenship applications) and Affirmative Application (asylum, nicaraguan adjustment and Central America Relief Act (NACARA), temporary protective status (TPS), and Domestic Abuse (U-Visa and Violance Against Woman Act [VAWA]) and employment authorization card.
