Jaime Blocker has been employed with the firm as a paralegal since 2004.  She graduated from Iowa Western Community College with an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies in 1999 and from Bellevue University with a Bachelors Degree in Management in 2008.  Prior to joining Smith Gardner Slusky, Jaime worked for five years as a paralegal for a firm in Harlan, Iowa.

She is a member of the Corporate Law (Nebraska and Iowa) including National Trademarks; Litigation; Real Estate; Creditor Rights/Debt Recovery (Nebraska and Iowa); Bankruptcy Creditor Rights; Adoption (Nebraska and Iowa); Personal Injury; and Estate Planning/Probate Practice Groups.  Her primary focus areas include: probate, estate planning, real estate, corporate law, and secured transactions.  Jaime is the primary manager for 500+ collection files from initial litigation to judgment collection; including all bookkeeping records of costs paid and amounts received for judgment. 

In addition to her paralegal responsibilities, Jaime performs website development and search engine optimization for the firm.
